Letters from Parents

Dear Ms. Jones,

I am writing this letter to thank you for allowing my daughter to attend "Be The Best You" Girls Camp. I was very short on funds and was not sure that she would be able to attend this event, but through your generosity she was able to go.

This was a rare occasion for her to be able to attend such an event. I have been a single mother for six years and money has always been tight, so many opportunities are missed. Barbara, you were very willing to work with me to make this happen for my daughter and I thank you for that. You are dedicated to your work and to the growth of young girls - a rewarding life.

The day that I picked my daughter up from camp she had a big sunshine smile on her face, and gushed forth with all the exciting things that happened during her stay. She loved her counselor and said that she had the best group there. She said that the speakers were awesome, and she learned many things that will enhance her future life experiences.

My daughter just turned 17. She is almost an adult, and I can't think of a better gift to give any girl than the "Be The Best You" Girls Camp. It's like a mini finishing school for young women. She seems more determined than ever to accomplish her goals, keep a good attitude, and respect and honor her mother. I'm so grateful that she had the opportunity to go!
