Letters from Parents

Dear Mr. Hacker:

My name is Mary Kaye. My three daughters attended the "Be The Best You" Girls Camp last summer. It was a wonderful educational experience for them. I can't think of a better use of the University of Utah campus than to provide the tools for young women to gain self confidence, to find their potential to succeed in life, to serve those less fortunate, and to walk away with a desire to take their education more seriously for a life of greater achievement.

My husband and I postponed a summer move to Asia so our girls could attend this camp. It was worth it and we feel they walked away with a greater feeling about themselves, and for teenagers that is pretty remarkable.

Thanks for allowing this camp to go on. I do hope the University of Utah recognizes the impact it has in the lives of so many.
